DRAFT — replace with Termly-generated content before going public. This text is a baseline scaffold so the page builds; the published policy must be reviewed by whoever owns Deep Marrow’s legal posture (per
Brand_Assets.md, contactlegal@deepmarrowgames.com).
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Deep Marrow (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and handles personal data through the website at https://deepmarrowgames.com (the “Site”) and the game Marrowdeep (the “Game”).
You can reach us at legal@deepmarrowgames.com.
2. What we collect on the Site
The Site is a static marketing page. We do not set advertising cookies, do not run third-party analytics, and do not sell personal data.
- Newsletter signup — if you submit your email address to our mailing list, we share it with our newsletter provider (Buttondown) for the sole purpose of sending you Marrowdeep updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- Contact email — if you write to one of our published email addresses (
contact@,press@,legal@,support@), we receive your message and may reply. - Server logs — our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) records standard web server logs, including IP address, user agent, and requested URL, for security and abuse-prevention purposes. These logs are retained for a short period and are not linked to any other personal data.
3. What we collect in the Game
This section will be expanded before launch. The Game is currently in pre-release development. At launch we will disclose all telemetry, crash-reporting, and multiplayer data collected, alongside the legal basis under GDPR / CCPA.
4. Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, EEA, or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing or request portability. Email legal@deepmarrowgames.com with your request and we will respond within applicable statutory deadlines.
5. Children
Our Site and Game are not directed at children under 13 (or under the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
6. Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we change the “last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, post a notice on the Site for at least 30 days. The current version is 1.0.0, last updated 2026-05-07.
